Celebrating 15 Years in Public Service: Cr Steven Huang

The finished scroll, rich in poetic imagery celebrating Brisbane's clear waters and vibrant community spirit, was presented as a gift to both Councillor Huang and Lord Mayor Schrinner — a gesture of gratitude for their continued support of multicultural engagement.
